Challenge.
Redesign the visual design to better represent the company’s commitment to inclusivity and its on-demand spa services, ensuring a more refined and uncluttered presentation.

Achieve a more refined and sophisticated look that aligns with the brand’s luxury and quality.
Clearly showcase the range of services offered to ensure customers can easily understand what is available.
Optimize the website for mobile devices to cater to users accessing the site via smartphones and tablets.
Implement an efficient and straightforward way for customers to get in contact with the spa.
The Process/Solution.
The visual design for Lavender Mobile Spa was enhanced by utilizing a color palette that reflects tranquility and elegance, along with high-quality images. A more sophisticated appearance was achieved as well as a clearer and a more organized structure. User experience is now coherent which will support business growth.
1. Refined and sophisticated look
Started with mood boars to align on the aesthetic, followed by designing wireframes.
2. Showcase services
Listed all services offered with accurate descriptions, and used professional photos.

3. Enhanced website navigation
Organized content logically, including a clear menu structure employing user experience best practices.
4. Mobile optimization
Utilized responsive design principles and conducted testing on multiples devices.
The Result.
Following the implemented solutions and processes, the final product features a sophisticated online presence but also drive increased engagement, bookings, and customer satisfaction.
